Custom Fitted Mats Warranty:

 

Manicci stands by its product. Your Manicci Mats are warranted for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions. There is an option to get an extended 5 year warranty at checkout for an extra cost. We strive to provide the best product on the market that meets top grade standards and craftsmanship. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the mats. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt

 

During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to get a replacement or if the product is no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a mat of the same or similar model/color. Manicci has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects

 

Manicci will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to info@manicci.com

 

The Manicci warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, the life of the footplate, trims, face material, scratches, fittings, loss or theft. Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire; Any damage of any part of the Mats resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, drops, dents, cracks, wacks, tears etc.) incorrect use of the mats; Damages caused by non-authorized persons (e.g. for re surfacing, services, repairs or alterations beyond Manicci control)

 

Manicci will need to inspect the mats before replacements under warranty are made. As we (Manicci) provided free delivery on your initial purchase, you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost. (If the product is deemed to have a manufacturers defect we will refund the postage back)

 

How to proceed with your warranty claim on your Manicci product:

 

Please email us first (info@manicci.com) with details of the product fault, include your order number and date of purchase. Wait for our response and when advised:

 

Ship your Manicci Product, and include:

 

  • A note stating the product fault
  • Your name, order number, email address, phone number and your address
  • Ship the full package to: Manicci International 1685 H Street PO #32003 Blaine, WA 98230-5106, United States
  • We will then test or inspect your product and advise on the situation in relation to our Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

Note: Items purchased from an Authorized Dealer must be returned to the place of purchase

 

We advise you send your package using a tracking number.

Return Policy/Cancelations:

 

We do not offer a refund policy on your custom made mats. Our products can not be returned once orders are placed.  By making a purchase you agree to confirming your custom order with Manicci. Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order form –  terms in line with consumer contracts regulation. Due to the fact that our orders are custom made, we can only accept cancellation or amendment requests within the first 24-48 hours of ordering. If you insist on canceling or amending orders after this timeframe you will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 45% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials and workmanship for their order. Manicci floor mats will be made for your exact year, make and model you have entered on your order form so please make sure your info is correct at time of ordering. 

 

Installation/Fitment Issues:

If you are having trouble installing your mats after delivery does not mean they do not fit so first and foremost please do not panic. First thing is to please watch the installation videos from our Youtube channel to see if you are installing correctly. The video links were sent to you via email when the mats shipped. If you can not find the video links sent to you, please visit us on Youtube @manicciluxuryautostyling or email us at info@manicci.com to request the videos again. If you are still having trouble installing, please reach out to us via email first with your 5 digit order number in the subject line and photos/videos of your mats installed along with a description of the issue so our expert team can investigate. We also will need 2 exterior photos of your vehicle. One of the front face and one of the side view. Your patience is appreciated during the investigation process. We have a 99% fitment rate so it is imperative you follow the installation instructions first and make sure you are installing the mats correctly as most fitment issues end up being installation issues. If after the investigation, it is determined one of the products does not fit as expected, then we, Manicci will send a revised replacement. Only the poorly fit products will be replaced, made according to your initial order. Once the replacement has been issued, and fitting is in line with our product description, your case will be closed. If the replacement mat(s) fails to cover or fit as intended, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on each case. Please be advised that we Manicci reserve the final right to issue replacements and issue refunds at our discretion.

 

Dislike of Design or Color:

Since every set is custom made for your vehicle we are unable to accept returns based on a dislike of style or color. You must pick the right color for your vehicle and make sure it is correct before placing your order. To minimize color selection or design issues, email us at info@manicci.com or contact us via LiveChat before placing your order. Our customer support team is here to advise, give you suggestions and send you real customer submitted images to help you make an informed decision.

 

Incorrect Ordered Products:

Please be aware that you are responsible for selecting the correct color, style and car details at order stage. All our orders are processed as they are submitted, using the details selected by the customer and we will be unable to support any claim for incorrect ordered items. If you have questions, please use the LiveChat Customer Support (bottom right corner) prior to ordering. You will receive an email confirmation, and order confirmation screen once you place the order. Please verify the information is correct and contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed within the first 24-48 hours. 

 

If after a 60 day period from your initial transaction you are offered a partial or full refund for any reason, it must be agreed between customer and Manicci in writing first.

 

Return claims must be agreed between a customer and Manicci:

 

  • Product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
  • If after delivery a revision is required we, Manicci have the right to rectify the design.
  • If customers insist on returning custom made products they will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 45% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order.

 

Please Note : As we, Manicci provided free delivery on your initial purchase, you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.

 

Refund amount will only be issued once we have received the product back and checked it for damage and that the product is unused. If satisfactory you will then receive the refund amount within 14 days.

Covid-19 Update & Delays:

Although Covid-19 cases have decreased lately in certain areas of the world, overall global logistics and supply chains are still interrupted and the world is still facing some challenges. Some parcels (less than 5 percent) could be delayed in rare instances due to flight restrictions, plane cancellations and tighter custom border checks. We will continue to provide full tracking details as normal. All tracking numbers we provide are genuine. Average delays can be 7-14 business days depending on country of destination. This is on top of our normal shipping times above. Reminder we have zero control over these delays. In the rare event of any parcel being delayed in transit for longer than 60 days from the time it was shipped, and courier fails to update us, please email us at info@manicci.com and include your name, date ordered and 5 digit order number. We will work with you at that time to A.) offer a full refund or B.) send a replacement as soon as possible. We are in communication with carriers and tracking all parcels daily and any issues are being sent to couriers for investigation. Some couriers could take longer than normal to track or trace parcels. We will require courier confirmation before we can proceed with a replacement or refund as many parcels will eventually update and get delivered after courier search. This can be due to many reasons right now as most countries customs are backed up and slower than usual due to an increased amount of parcels, lack of staffing, lack of flights, cancelation of flights and tighter border checks due to Covid-19. These delays are temporary and we are doing our best to get orders dispatched as soon as possible to avoid any further delay. Please allow extra time for your delivery. Online Tracking:

Please be patient with online shipping updates. Tracking numbers do not instantly update with delivery status upon receiving them. If your package shows unavailable or pre-transit stage for some days please do not panic. Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking will update within 1-2 business days. There may also be a temporary delay once your parcel gets to your country’s port and customs stage. You may notice there is no movement online at this stage for an extended period of time but rest assured this is a common occurrence during the final stage prior to delivery. This just means the parcel is at your country’s port of destination awaiting to be scanned and released along with many other parcels. Consider it a sign that your package is steadily progressing towards its final destination. This process at customs can sometimes take days up to a week to clear. After your parcel is scanned and cleared it will continue its route to be delivered as usual within days and show online tracking movement again. To avoid these delays, we highly encourage you to checkout using the express shipping option at checkout page.

 

Import Duties & Tariffs:

By making a purchase you understand that you may be liable and have to pay customs duty/tax on the product before it can be delivered to you in your country. This is your responsibility to acknowledge and understand this message before making a purchase. These duties are out of our control. We are able to keep our product costs low and offer free delivery because of this logistics set up. Reminder the prices and description shown on the shipping invoice will be different to what you the customer paid as these are values and information for customs declaration purposes only which in turn helps to prevent/reduce duties or sales taxes that you the customer may have to pay when receiving imported goods in certain countries. For express shipping orders, customs commercial clearance and tax is paid for each parcel so it is highly recommended to choose express shipping at checkout. 

 

Uncollected Parcels:

If you fail to pick up your parcel when delivered and the parcel is returned to our Manicci factory there will be a $50 USD reshipping charge. In this case re-delivery can take up to another 30 days (return time plus reshipping time). If you do not wish to wait another 30 days for your order to be redelivered only a partial refund will be offered after all production and initial shipping costs have been deducted. As all our products are custom made and have no resale value, the partial refund will be 50% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials, workmanship and shipping costs for your custom order.

Do you have a showroom/physical store in my city?

While we do have a showroom in Surrey, BC CAN, we are primarily an online company and do not operate other retail stores. We encourage all of our customers to view our images and videos online prior to ordering, or you can email, live chat, text or call us if you would like any more details or have any questions about color prior to ordering. You are also always more than welcome to make the trip down and visit our Surrey showroom to view our products and place orders in person as well. Reminder online orders are treated the same way as in person orders. We would require full payment at time of ordering from showroom as mats are custom made to order for your specific vehicle only and shipped from our Los Angeles, CA USA factory. They take approximately 12-16 days express (5-7 days production + 7-9 days shipping time.) Where are your products shipped from?

We have three factories. US, Asia and Europe. While we try to ship your product from the closest factory near you, there may be some instances where your product ships from one of our factories not closest to you based on stock and inventory. The quality of our material is the same no matter what factory our mats are shipped from

 

What is the difference between the V1, V2 and V3 diamond car mats?

Version 1 or V1 is our top seller and the original diamond pattern. Version 2 or V2 is the same as V1 but with one difference. V2 mats have detachable quality carpet layers on top of the base diamond pattern for added protection. V2 mats can also be used with or without the top layer by choosing to add the second extra heel pad on the bottom layer of each driver mat. Version 3 or V3 mats are our most recent design pattern with a luxury diamond center with motion inspired edges along the sides consisting of a double padded detachable heel support cover with enhanced interior padding. V1 and V2 mats have more a gloss finish. V3 mats have more of a matte finish. All of our versions are exclusive in house designs made by our creative team

I have seen similar looking mats online for much cheaper. Are they the same product?

Are the mats all weather and what material are the mats and products made of?

Patented high quality enhanced premium Faux PVC Italian leather (Super Fiber Leather). Superfine fiber reinforced flexible and durable. Yes our mats are all weather. We produce the highest form of synthetic leather enduring excellent cold resistance and providing anti-aging performance

 

So the floor mats are not made of real leather?

No and they aren’t supposed to be. 100% real leather does not work for floor mats. Our mats outperformed real leather in a real life field test in 2014. Manicci performed the 2 year test with different materials to prove our point. We used 100 % genuine leather vs our quality PVC faux leather. Surprisingly the faux leather outperformed the genuine leather over the two year period. We increased the durability even more by forming special durable materials sourced from Italy and the end result was what we proudly use today

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please note that due to the fact that orders are laser cut and custom made to order, we can only accept cancellation or amendment requests within the first 24-48 hours of ordering

 

I received my mats and they don’t fit. What should I do? 

First off, do not panic. All of our mats have a fitting guarantee. If for any reason there is an issue with how the mats fit, please first contact us at info@manicci.com with images of them installed and your order number in the subject line. Our team will investigate the issue. It could be that A.) you need help fitting them or B.) incorrect mats were sent and we would need to investigate. We will help you resolve your issue either way

My package is showing delivered but I did not receive it?

Please check with your neighbors or your local post office as couriers sometimes deliver parcels to different addresses or local post office if there is no answer at delivery point. You should also receive a notice from the courier on your door explaining where the parcel was delivered with an action required memo for pick up or redelivery 

 

What if my parcel gets lost?

We monitor every parcel and always keep in close contact with couriers to check for updates and make sure parcels are not lost. In the unlikely event where parcels get marked at lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase

 

Is a signature required?

Yes there will be in some cases. All of our parcels require a signature to confirm safe delivery, but due to Covid 19 restrictions some countries/couriers will use the GPS tracking system fitted to their vehicle to confirm safe delivery of your parcel, and some will take photos of the parcel being delivered to your door. This is in line with internal courier rules to reduce the contact with customers and keep everyone safe. If you are not home, in some countries carriers will leave a note on your door to pick up parcel the next business day from the Post Office

 

After delivery, I noticed my mats were slightly folded or bent over with a crease? What do I do?

First off do not panic, this happens. Give the car mats a few days to bed into the shape of your vehicle, it helps to put the heating on around the foot wells to help them settle into place better. On some occasions you may see a slight crease affect where the mats have bent over, this will fade over a short time but keep the foot heat on it and it will fade quicker. Using a blow dryer is also an option before install and letting them sit unpacked for 24-48 hours is essential

 

How do I install the car mats? Is it easy?

Very easy. Should not take longer than 10 minutes and no tools are required. Just remove old car mats and vacuum. Install your Manicci mats over your clean foot well carpet area and use the strategically placed velcro already attached to the mats and press them into form. Fit your mats in to place by matching the design and shape of mats into the footwell shape. Take the swivel clips on the edges of the mats and insert/slide them behind your vehicle trim to secure the mats. There may also be some cases where these plastic swivels are not needed in which case they can be pointed down behind the car mats so they are non visible and you can use velcro strips instead. We ship you a small plastic bag of separate clips and velcro for every order. These are not mandatory or necessary to use but are only recommended in areas you feel need them

How do I install the full trunk mat? Is it easy?

Very easy. Should not take longer than 10 minutes and no tools are required. If you have a full boot liner set, hold and place the side wall mats against the shape of the boot area first to find it’s position, before fixing and sticking velcro strips clean the area well. In some cases you may not need to use the separate double sided velcro strips and the mat will stick direct to your vehicle carpet liner using the strategically placed velcro strips which are already attached to your mats. If your car interior has been sprayed with a silicone finish or shining product, we would advise using a cleaning product like ‘Einszett Plastic/Vinyl Cleaner’, then wash the surface down with general warm soapy water(washing up liquid will do), then rinse with clean water. Dry it off with a towel. Then prepare the surface with an alcohol based cleaning wipe and let the surface dry out. We would then recommend you try a small area first and stick a small square of velcro on the surface to make sure it will hold before committing to the full install

 

Will the mats fit my car and fit be perfect?

If your car is on the list, then yes and will fit perfect. Even if your car is not on the list, we can still scan it and make floor mats for it if you visit our showroom with your vehicle. In addition, we place strategically placed velcro and swivel clips custom for each floor mat to ensure the perfect fit 

 

Are the mats custom made and how do you ensure the perfect fit?

Yes. Our floor mats are pre laser scanned, laser cut and custom made to order using your vehicle manufacturer measurements to ensure a perfect fit using our state of the art technology. They are the only car mats to cover over 95% of your entire car carpets and offer a premium look to your car. We use 5D scanning techniques to get incredible accuracy of every vehicle and we use special computer cutting equipment for the most accurate of finishes

 

Will the fitted mats look exactly like the photos on your website? 

Yes and no. Manicci mats fitted in an S Class Mercedes model 2014-2020 generation are shown for product image display purposes to portray overall look and coverage. Floor mats for your specific vehicle will be made according to your own vehicles manufacturer measurements. While we guarantee 95 percent floor coverage there may be some models where the side door panel area is too narrow to obtain a laser scan or some models where the sidewall height is short therefore resulting in a different fitted look compared to the images portrayed in our product listings.  Final overall coverage and look of your fitted floor mats will vary slightly as each model is laser cut and made based on your own specific vehicles floor dimensions, style, configuration and shape   

 

Can I see examples of the mats installed?

Reminder each set of mats are custom made to each vehicle model so shape and coverage of mats may slightly vary depending on floor design and seat configuration. How do I clean my car mats and how often?

We recommend that you wipe them down with a wet microfiber towel or sponge once a week. No special chemicals are needed to clean them as our mats were designed with easy cleaning in mind. If you do not regularly clean the mats, this will eventually expose them to being damaged. You can clean them with a hose or pressure washer as well. DO NOT PUT THEM IN WASHER OR DRYER!
