Our showroom and office is located in Surrey, BC Canada. Our mailbox is located in Blaine, WA USA. Our factory is located in Shenzhen CN. Our second factory in planning to open in US in 2023
Where are your mats shipped from?
We ship worldwide from our international based Manicci factory in Asia. Let us explain our operations a little further. We used to ship from our second US based factory in California from 2014-2018. Production operations were restructured for the better in 2019 due to overall rising costs in the US. By implementing this logistics setup, it allowed us to reduce our labor, lease and operational costs without effecting product quality. This in turn allowed us to offer free worldwide delivery which is just as fast. Our actual materials for the mats are imported from Italy consisting of top grade materials sent in bulk to our Manicci factory in Shenzhen. We have recently revised our US expansion plans for the second factory and have plans to reopen it in 2023. Stay tuned for updates
What is the difference between Premium 2.0 mats and original mats?
Premium 2.0 mats have detachable quality carpet layers on top of the luxury leather
I have seen similar looking mats online for much cheaper. Are they the same product?
No, please beware as there are many cheap knock offs, copycats and imitations on the market that “look” like our product online but they will fall apart and degrade. In some instances they even use our pictures to advertise their cheap product. Manicci branded products and materials are exclusive to our brand only. We can ensure 100% verified authenticity as our mats have a signature Manicci metal emblem which can be found on each driver side mat we produce proudly. They are professionally tested and manufactured using the best materials on the market and literally cannot be beaten on finish. The diamond styling pattern is synonymous with high end upholstery found in the worlds most valuable vehicles. Manicci is the original luxury car mats company
What payments do you accept?
We accept all credit/debit card payment ( Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express etc), Paypal and recently Sezzle. Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later – with no interest
Do you charge tax?
Yes, but for Canadian orders only. Even though we are a US based business, our business is registered in the province of British Columbia, Canada, therefore we are responsible for collecting and charging appropriate sales tax on orders shipping to any province within Canada
So shipping is free and do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We also have a faster express worldwide shipping option available to all customers for an extra fee
Are the mats all weather and what material are the mats and products made of?
High quality PVC Faux leather (Super Fiber Leather). Superfine fiber reinforced PVC flexible and durable imported Italian leather. Yes our mats are all weather. We produce the highest form of synthetic leather enduring excellent cold resistance and providing anti-aging performance
How long do the mats take to arrive?
Due to high demand of our products we currently have a 30 day average worldwide production and delivery time under the free shipping option. Please take note of this before ordering. We will try our best to deliver sooner if possible. We would rather quote higher times even though your product may arrive sooner. This added quoted time is used to protect us, Manicci in the event it takes the full 30 days to deliver. Production and delivery time subject to change at any time. We also have a faster express worldwide shipping option available to all customers for an extra fee
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please note that due to the fact that our orders are custom made, we can only accept cancellation or amendment requests within the first 24-48 hours of ordering
I received my mats and they don’t fit. What should I do?
First off, do not panic. All of our mats have a fitting guarantee. If for any reason there is an issue with how the mats fit, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of them installed and your order number in the subject line. Our team will investigate the issue. It could be that A.) you need help fitting them or B.) incorrect mats were sent. We will help you resolve your issue either way
Do you send a tracking number and how to track it?
Yes. You will be emailed your tracking link and number 5-7 days after your order is placed to the email address entered on your order form. Please be patient with online updates
My package is showing delivered but I did not receive it?
Please check with your neighbors or your local post office as couriers sometimes deliver parcels to different addresses or local post office if there is no answer at delivery point. You should also receive a notice from the courier on your door explaining where the parcel was delivered with an action required memo for pick up or redelivery
What if my parcel gets lost?
We monitor every parcel and always keep in close contact with couriers to check for updates and make sure parcels are not lost. In the unlikely event where parcels get marked at lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase
Is a signature required?
Yes there will be. All of our parcels require a signature to confirm safe delivery, but due to Covid 19 restrictions some countries/couriers will use the GPS tracking system fitted to their vehicle to confirm safe delivery of your parcel, and some will take photos of the parcel being delivered to your door. This is in line with internal courier rules to reduce the contact with customers and keep everyone safe. If you are not home, in some countries carriers will leave a note on your door to pick up parcel the next business day
After delivery, I noticed my mats were folded or bent over? What do I do?
First off do not panic, this happens. Give the car mats a few days to bed into the shape of your vehicle, it helps to put the heating on around the foot wells to help them settle into place better. On some occasions you may see a slight crease affect where the mats have bent over, this will fade over time but keep the foot heating on it and it will fade quicker. Using a blow dryer is also an option before install and letting them sit unpacked for 24-48 hours is essential
How do I install the car mats? Is it easy?
Very easy. Should not take longer than 10 minutes and no tools are required. Just remove old car mats. Install your Manicci mats over your clean foot well carpet area and use the swivel clips and velcro attached to the mats (if necessary). Fit your mats in to place by matching the design and shape of mats into the footwell shape and pressing them into form. Take the swivel clips and insert/slide them behind your vehicle trim to secure the mats. There may also be some cases where these plastic swivels are not needed in which case they can be pointed down behind the car mats so they are non visible and you can use velcro strips instead. We ship you a small plastic bag of separate clips and velcro for every order. These are not mandatory or necessary to use but are only recommended in areas you feel need them

How do I install the full trunk mat? Is it easy?
Very easy. Should not take longer than 10 minutes and no tools are required. If you have a full boot liner set, hold and place the side wall mats against the shape of the boot area first to find it’s position, before fixing and sticking the velcro strips clean the area well. In some cases you may not need to use the double sided Velcro and the mat will stick direct to your vehicle carpet liner using the velcro strip which is attached to your mats. If your car interior has been sprayed with a silicone finish or shining product, we would advise using a cleaning product like ‘Einszett Plastic/Vinyl Cleaner’, then wash the surface down with general warm soapy water(washing up liquid will do), then rinse with clean water. Dry it off with a towel. Then prepare the surface with an alcohol based cleaning wipe and let the surface dry out. We would then recommend you try a small area first and stick a small square of velcro on the surface to make sure it will hold before committing to the full install
Will the mats fit my car and fit be perfect?
If your car is on the list yes. Keep a few things in mind after install. Mats will fit perfectly into footwell base shapes and not necessarily follow the lining of plastic trims sometimes. Although our mats are custom made to fit the contour of your cars footwells perfectly, there may be occurrences where the fit may be rounded or not exactly in line with your vehicles carpet or plastic trims. This can create the illusion from ones’ perspective the fit is actually incorrect when in fact it is correct and in line. In addition, we place strategically placed velcro and swivel clips custom for each floor mat to ensure the perfect fit. As our mats come with clips and previously mentioned, there may also be cases where clips may not be necessary or needed when fitting. Mats will not move or shift if such a case does arise
Are the mats custom made and how do you ensure the perfect fit?
Yes. Our floor mats are custom made to order using your vehicle manufacturer measurements to ensure a perfect fit using our state of the art technology. They are the only car mats to cover over 95% of your entire car carpets and offer a premium look to your car. We use 3D scanning techniques to get incredible accuracy of every vehicle and we use special computer cutting equipment for the most accurate of finishes
Can I see examples of the mats installed?

Reminder each set of mats are custom made to each vehicle model so shape and coverage of mats may slightly vary depending on floor design and seat configuration. Photos are a representation to show general fitting and coverage
How do I clean my car mats and how often?
We recommend that you wipe them down with a wet cloth or sponge once a week. No special chemicals are needed to clean them as our mats were designed with easy cleaning in mind. If you do not regularly clean the mats, this will eventually expose them to being damaged. You can clean them with a hose or pressure washer as well. DO NOT PUT THEM IN WASHER OR DRYER!
