Custom Fitted Mats Warranty:

Your Manicci Mats are warranted for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the mats. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt.

During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to get a replacement or if the product is no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a mat of the same or similar model/color. Manicci has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects.

Manicci will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to [email protected]

The Manicci warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, the life of the footplate, trims, face material, scratches, fittings, loss or theft. Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire; Any damage of any part of the Mats resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, drops,dents, cracks, wacks,tears etc.) incorrect use of the mats; Damages caused by non-authorized persons (e.g. for re surfacing, services, repairs or alterations beyond Manicci control).

PLEASE NOTE: Manicci will need to inspect the Mats before replacements under warranty are made. As we (Manicci) provided free delivery on your initial purchase, you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost. (If the product is deemed to have a manufacturers defect we will refund the postage back)

How to proceed with your warranty claim on your Manicci  product:

Please email us first ([email protected]) with details of the product fault, include your order number and date of purchase.  Wait for our reply /response and when advised:

Ship your Manicci Product, and include:

  • A note stating the product fault
  • Your name, order number, email address, phone number and your address
  • Ship the full package to: Manicci International 1685 H Street PO #32003 Blaine, WA 98230-5106, United States
  • We will then test or inspect your product and advise on the situation in relation to our Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Note: Items purchased from an Authorized Dealer must be returned to the place of purchase.

We advise you send your package using a tracking number.

Return Policy/Cancellations:

We do not offer a refund policy on custom made bespoke mats and an order cannot be cancelled once you have made a custom order with us – by making a purchase you agree to confirming your custom order with Manicci. Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order form –  terms in line with consumer contracts regulation.

Please Note: If after a 60 day period from your initial transaction you are offered a partial or full refund for any reason agreed between customer and Manicci you must agree that you will have to use or set up a paypal account in order to receive the refund.

Return claims must be agreed between a customer and Manicci:

  • Product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
  • If after delivery a revision is required we, Manicci have the right to rectify the design.
  • If customers insist on returning custom made products they will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 45% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order.

Please Note : As we, Manicci provided free delivery on your initial purchase, you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.

Refund amount will only be issued once we have received the product back and checked it for damage and that the product is unused. If satisfactory you will then receive the refund amount within 14 days.

We try our best to manufacture your product in the quickest time possible. An estimated production time will be shown on each product page. This is decided depending on how busy we are. Meaning the production time could be completed over a shorter or longer time period than stated on the product pages. Due to high demand of our products we currently have an estimated 18-30 day total production and delivery time (from time your order was placed to order being delivered to your door) depending on your worldwide location.  7-12 days for production, 11-18 days for transit time. Uncollected parcels:

If you fail to pick up your parcel when delivered and the parcel is returned to our Manicci warehouse there will be a $50 USD reshipping charge. In this case re-delivery can take up to another 30 days (return time plus reshipping time).

If you do not wish to wait another 30 days for your order to be redelivered only a partial refund will be offered after all production and initial shipping costs have been deducted. As all our products are custom made and have no resale value, the partial refund will be 50% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials, workmanship and shipping costs for your custom order.

I have seen similar looking mats online for much cheaper. Are they the same product?

No, these are fake and most likely made from poor material. There are many cheap knock offs on the market that “look” like our product online but Manicci branded products and materials are exclusive to our brand only. We can ensure 100% verified authenticity as our mats have a signature Manicci badge which can be found on each driver side mat we produce proudly from our international based Manicci warehouse facility. They are tested and manufactured using the best materials on the market and literally cannot be beaten on finish. The diamond styling pattern is synonymous with high end upholstery found in the worlds most valuable vehicles

What payments do you accept?

Do you charge tax?

What material are the mats and products made of?

High quality PVC Faux leather (Super Fiber Leather). Superfine fiber reinforced PU leather. We produce the highest form of artificial leather enduring excellent cold resistance and providing anti-aging performance

Why don’t my mats ship immediately?

Are mats and boot liners fitted using tape, velcro or clips?

Depends on the fit and car but could be a combination of all. Mats are usually fitted with clips and full boot liners with velcro. Clips will be on all mats but not necessary to use on most cars. This is fine, though mats will not shift or move if clips are not on but they do use velcro to stick to the existing carpet panels and then heavy duty velcro sticky backed tape for the plastic trim in some models. We have written a post on it in the blog section with instructions and it’s vital they follow the directions for the tape to stick right. We tested it and it works great as long as the surface is totally clean

After delivery, I noticed my mats were folded or bent over? What do I do?

First off do not panic, this happens. Give the car mats a few days to bed into the shape of your vehicle, it helps to put the heating on around the foot wells to help them settle into place better. On some occasions you may see a slight crease affect where the mats have bent over, this should fade over time but keep the foot heating on it and it will fade quicker. Using a blow dryer is also an option before install and let them sit for 24 hours

How do I install the full boot liners and car mats? Is it easy?

Very easy. If you have a full boot liner set, hold and place the side wall mats against the shape of the boot area first to find it’s position, before fixing and sticking the velcro strips clean the area well. In some cases you may not need to use the double sided Velcro and the mat will stick direct to your vehicle carpet liner using the Velcro strip which is attached to your mats. If your car interior has been sprayed with a silicone finish or shining product, we would advise using a cleaning product like ‘Einszett Plastic/Vinyl Cleaner’, then wash the surface down with general warm soapy water(washing up liquid will do), then rinse with clean water. Dry it off with a towel. Then prepare the surface with an alcohol based cleaning wipe and let the surface dry out

We would then recommend you try a small area first and stick a small square of velcro on the surface to make sure it will hold before committing to the full install

For car mats just remove old car mats. Install Manicci mats over your clean foot well carpet area and use the clips attached to the mats (if necessary). Fit your mats in to place by matching the design and shape of mats into the footwell shape and pressing them into form. If your mats have it (some don’t), you will see little plastic swivels, these are to hold the mats in place. They fit in behind your vehicle trim. We have written a post on it in the blog section with instructions and it’s vital they follow the directions for them to fit

Will the mats fit perfectly?

Yes they will but just keep a few things in mind after install. Mats will fit almost perfectly into footwell base shapes and not necessarily follow the lining of plastic trims sometimes. Although our mats are custom made to fit the contour of your cars footwells perfectly, there may be occurrences where the fit may be rounded or not exactly in line with your vehicles carpet or plastic trims. This can create the illusion from ones’ perspective the fit is actually incorrect when in fact it is correct and in line. In addition, as our mats come with clips and previously mentioned, there may also be cases where clips may not be necessary or needed when fitting. Mats will not move or shift if such a case does arise

How do you ensure the perfect fit?

Our leather car mats are custom made to order using your vehicle manufacturer measurements to ensure a perfect fit using our state of the art technology. They are the only car mats to cover over 90% of your entire car carpets and offer a premium look to your car. We use 3D scanning techniques to get incredible accuracy of every vehicle and we use special computer cutting equipment for the most accurate of finishes
