It was an evening in the summer 2014, our partners were invited to a bbq party at one of our good friends houses. The evening progressed nicely, meet and greet, few beers in hand, the smell of char grilled beef tinting the air, the mad uncle running a muck in his Bermuda shorts.. you picture the scene. Anyways, We were talking to a few friends of friends and we started talking about cars in general and then on to car mats and car interior styling etc. They all agreed and were complaining about the lack of selection of nicely finished luxury car mats on the market…. then came the ‘Oh really moment’ ? From that point we set out to research the market and get feedback of what people wanted in custom made luxury car mats, and to make them stand out from the crowd. We spent time studying car interiors and interviewing people. We started hand picking colors and styles we thought would suit most vehicle interiors available on the market today. We performed thorough material field tests for durability and performed random surveys to everyday people on the street as well as avid car enthusiasts to gain market feedback. Soon after, Manicci Luxury Auto Styling was born. Today, our luxury floor mats are known as “The Original Luxury Car Mats” being the first to market in 2014. Laser Cut & Custom Made Upon Your Order:

We produce each mat with pride, care and personalized attention according to your order and vehicle model specified upon ordering. If we need more info about your order before the process begins a member of our team will reach out via email or text. Your mats are custom made order and laser scanned for your exact vehicle model using pre-laser scanned 5D templates of your vehicle already on file. We currently have over 1000+ vehicle models in our database and our team is always working hard to add new models regularly as they enter the market. 

How We Measure:

Your Manicci mats are engineered to fit like a glove. The interior scan of your vehicle is obtained using our state of the art 5D scanners and laser scanner technology to precisely measure every facet of your vehicle model’s floorboard to create the perfect fit. Our teams love and passion for what we do, combined with our technology and scanning techniques enables us to get every corner and contours scanned perfectly using an industry leading accuracy of .1 mm. 

Computerized Cutting:

Our state of the art computerized cutting machine helps make deviation minimums, ensuring appropriate alignment when spliced together. 

Material Forming:

Rigid, yet flexible, the liners are formed to the detailed contours of your specific ride. We make sure each layer is precisely stacked and perfect from top to bottom. This is the order. Superfine Fiber Reinforced PVC Italian Leather, XPE Interlayer Sponge, Nonwoven Fabric Shield, Metal Composite Foam and Honeycomb Non-Slip Velcro Base.

Luxury Stitching:

Each mat is hand diamond stitched using our quality threading. The stitching is stainproof. Classic checks are elaborately embroidered on the surface leather, making your mats beautiful and distinctive.
